I will assist you in properly completing and filing an application for a green card, or immigrant visa. If you or your spouse entered the country illegally or has a criminal history, I may be able to protect you through a waiver of inadmissibility. I will attempt to obtain a waiver that pardons illegal entry into the country and other crimes. I-751 Removal of Conditions - if you have been married for less than 2 years and apply for a green card, you receive a conditional green card for 2 years. Near the end of those 2 years, you can apply to have the condition removed.
